There are 4 simple steps you can take before heading out to the beach. 

1. Moisturize your skin well. 
A well-hydrated skin holds the golden color of summer much longer.

2. Always use sunscreen.                       
Can I tan with sunscreen? Of course, yes!! Sunscreen protects us from burns, photoaging and all the dangers hidden by the sun. Along with the application of sunscreen, melanin stimulation in the skin is controlled and safe.

3. Put carrots in your diet.
A food rich in beta-carotene. It is a miraculous ingredient which, in addition to its powerful antioxidant properties, helps us in melanogenesis. So 1-2 carrots a day is enough to get a wheat skin.

4. Do body peels 1 time per week.
The removal of dead cells immediately cleanses the skin, preparing it to receive the sun's rays evenly.

2. Proper hydration plays a key role in skin resilience. So do not forget our moisturizer morning and night at least 3 days before the laser.

3. As long as the skin is irritated after the laser session, avoid very hot water, hammam, sauna and intense sweating.

4. One month before the session, avoid other types of hair removal such as wax. We carefully trim 3 days before the area that will receive the laser, always in consultation with your beautician. 

5. After laser we prefer comfortable, cotton clothes that do not press on the body.
